really nice hotel for families
great foodhelpful staffawful smell
the food were top notch from breakfast to dinner. kids have a fantastic time and the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. their is so much for the kids do at the dinosaur play area and its a 15min walk along the nore river.
the room we got in was average. there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom when i arrive. i not sure if the heating is switched off at night. the room get very very cold.

my beautiful family room include ample space for everyone, but the decor seem a little dated. the beds are comfortable, with clean linens. amenities include a tv and coffee maker.

the staff provided supervised dinner for kids aged 6 to 10 i found this very helpful. my children enjoyed crafts games and movies after dinner. the decorated plates in the room were a nice birthday welcome for them
the hotel was hosting weddings finding tables in the lobby was difficult because of wedding parties. the terrace area was off-limits to hotel guests one evening due to a wedding bbq i found the guinness on draft to be of poor quality

The breakfast was not good. I was told that the food would be table service, but I was not given a menu (it was odd). My bacon was cremated. the hotel should power wash the decking of the private terraces. They need a lot of work.

The staff were friendly. the couches in the foyer were a lovely addition! you could sit and read. the rooms were so clean..
I was sent to the shed at the back of the hotel for breakfast. it was horrible and cold. eggs were inedible. It took 30 minutes to serve tea.

The breakfast included a pancake station with a lot of variety. The family room was spacious , clean and had comfortable beds. I also appreciated the bathrobes and slippers.
The doors felt quite heavy.
